Dr. Chibuzor Mirian Azubuike is a leadership communication scholar, international development practitioner, author, nonprofit founder, keynote speaker, and educator whose work bridges research, storytelling, and real-world impact across four continents.

She holds a PhD in Leadership Communication from Kansas State University. Her research examines the intersections of leadership, gender, and social change, with a particular focus on how marginalized communities navigate institutional spaces and the transformative power of strategic communication.

In the classroom, Dr. Azubuike is a dedicated educator who has taught courses in leadership development, global communication, and qualitative research methods.
